We provide a pleasurable experience offering a variety of natural hair care services at an affordable cost. Locs4Life Hair Salon offers various natural hair care services such as starter dreadlocks, loc maintenance, double strand twist, loc repair, loc extensions, scalp treatments, loc detoxing and hair coloring. With our natural hair care branded products such as our “Like Velvet Shea Butter” we help dreadlocks and natural hair to grow longer, stronger and prevent breakage for long lasting natural beauty! We do not take walk-ins if you don’t have a referral you must have an in person consultation.

I didn’t get my hair done here but I wanted to. I scheduled an appt and I called to confirm my appointment the day before. The day of my appt I sat in my car and waited for 2 hours to be told they were 15 mins away each time. When they got there, they told me they couldn’t take me. Huge inconvenience and wasted time and wasted money to pay for babysitters. I rescheduled the appointment, called to confirm the day prior for it to be canceled huge inconvenience again… long story short huge inconvenience to pay for babysitters to be canceled twice. Not professional at all, frustrating to get the runaround. Maybe someone else will have better luck

What I find unacceptable is that whoever is responding to messages are only responding to to good reviews..those bad reviews need to also be responded to it seems to me this shop is very unprofessional and does not take responsibility for the clients bad experience nothing has been done about it this isn’t how you run a business no respect for the clients and no one has called and apologized for the bad services received

Critical: ProfessionalismGot a free consultation and the lady seemed very nice but informed me that she would give me a call back in regards to a time that she could book me and never heard anything even after reaching back out.
