Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityVery unprofessional, rude over texts. Will take a smoke break every 5-10 minutes if she is washing your hair. Will leave shop completely while leaving you in the shampoo bowl. Very rough on the head. Will style your hair while wet so when you leave, the hair shrinks, making it very painful as it tightens to the point where you basically just need to take the hair down the same day. Very unprofessional, rude over texts. Will take a smoke break every 5-10 minutes if she is washing your hair. Will leave shop completely while leaving you in the shampoo bowl. Very rough on the head. She is the only stylist in the city who knows about maintaining the hairs health!! Everyone else in town is gonna put something crazy in your hair to make it “loc.” While it’s obvious that Mrs Traci knows exactly what she’s doing. i’ve LOVED my hair for three years now and have never had an issue in following her advice. Mrs Traci has been in business here for a decade and is known throughout the city. She is the only stylist in the city who knows about maintaining the hairs health!!
