Every single time I’ve gone she’s communicated flawlessly and honestly with me. Not only is she easy to talk to her hair dying and cutting is phenomenal. Normally I am very picky but every time I have gotten my hair cut and colored I walk away loving it and feeling like a brand new confident woman. She can do natural colors, she can do vibrant and wild, but most of all she will never disappoint. She is phenomenal and talented. I have seen Hannah four or five times now and let me just say how amazing she is! Every single time I’ve gone she’s communicated flawlessly and honestly with me. Not only is she easy to talk to her hair dying and cutting is phenomenal. I have been to other Aveda salons that were great, and Lockworx is no exception. I will absolutely be returning. I was able to get an appointment the same week I called (which can be hard to get elsewhere). Candace did a perfect job on my pandemic-hair! I am the only person to cut my hair in almost two years and, honestly, it was a bit sketch. With nothing but understanding, Candace fixed that hot mess in a hurry! I gave her little direction on what I wanted, and she just knew what my hair needed.Overall the experience at this salon was peaceful and relaxing.
