I just had my haircut with Kelsey, and she did a fantastic job! She took her time to make sure every hair was perfect, above and beyond anything at hair salons from DC to San Diego. She curled my hair so that I would look fantastic at dinner tonight. She gave me hints to help me easily maintain my look and didn’t press products that I didn’t need. It was hands down the best experience in a salon I have had. And she is friendly and pleasant to talk to. I booked her on a whim, but I will certainly be returning to her.

Buyer beware. This salon cancelled our 3 make up appointments with 4 minutes’ notice. Their one makeup artist suddenly (and allegedly) came down with COVID, and they had NO backup. Is the pandemic new information? The whole world has been operating with a COVID contingency plan for years now. We were left scrambling for our event. Do not rely on this poorly run business.

It took over two weeks after multiple requests to be contacted by management after a dissatisfactory experience. Not a great customer service experience. Once management finally called, it felt aggressive and argumentative and the owner refused to listen to feedback was unwilling to address satisfaction. Suggest seeking services elsewhere at friendlier, more experienced and professional establishments in the area.
