Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueIf I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Pariz and she was not only lacking in talent, but also professionalism. She was rude, accusatory, and unaccommodating on several levels. I sat in her chair for over 2.5 hrs and not even 1/4 of my head was completed. She insulted my hair and made several rude comments about it that left me in shock and offended. I did not even stay to complete my hair due to the negative energy and unprofessionalism. Since she makes you pay up front (and in cash), I am out $120. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Pariz and she was not only lacking in talent, but also professionalism. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMs. Freda is the REAL DEAL. She did a sisterlock installation on my short hair(TWA) and I couldn’t be happier. Not only is she an excellent certified sisterlock consultant, she has an awesome work ethic, gives great customer service and is a very positive and inspirational person through and through. We talked and laughed the entire time.
