Alex and Krystal of Locks Cactus Hair Salon are the sweetest and such talented beautiful young ladies! Alex and Krystal did my daughter’s hair for her wedding day this past Saturday! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe first time I ever went to this salon it was great, had an amazing experience. But today was absolutely horrible. I went in for a bleach and color. Never once was it even discussed with me on how the process was going to go or how long. Now I am not a professional by any means but I have never heard of a bleaching process where the bleach sits on your hair for 3 hours straight. When I asked how much linger because it was going on 2 hours of the stylist still outing bleach in my hair. I was told that it takes 3 hours with attitude. I said that it was not discussed with me so I wasn’t aware and then proceeded for the owner to get an attitude telling me that the stylist was doing what she was supposed to do. I ended up telling them to wash it out so I could pay and leave that I no longer cared for the color. My hair was literally falling off in chunks qt the shampoo bowl before even brushing any of it. When the stylist cut my hair it wasn’t even in a blunt straight line like she claimed. It is still falling out. My hair is completely fried and is like much. Then got.charged full price at 120$ just for a botched bleaching process. I will never return. I’m just giving q warning on what my expierenece was. I don’t know if it was grudge thing from me going qnd then going somewhere else for a while before coming back or what. But thanks to what the stylist did to my hair today I will now have to chop my hair off even more. Pictures are before and after. The first time I ever went to this salon it was great, had an amazing experience. But today was absolutely horrible. I went in for a bleach and color. Never once was it even discussed with me on how the process was going to go or how long.
