Kym did an okish job with the fade/taper – but she shaved off my little sideburns that I like to keep to frame my face. I am a female with a shaved head and i like my little ‘v’s by my ears to help frame my face and I told her she can make them shorter, bc they were long, instead she completely shaved them off. I’m a bit mad about it not gonna lie. I look masc now and that’s now what I wanted.

Michelle was the only one working and there was a long wait for the waiting list. A gentleman was 15 mins after and was 2 people after me. Michelle took him right away and skipped me. I saw his name on the list and then I saw it get taken off. Very disappointed since this was my 5th time going there and had enjoyed it up until then. Will no longer go there.
