My husband had a discount due from a prior hair cut he was not happy with and he wanted to redeem his discount and was told by manager because he had 4 hair cuts after that, they couldn’t honor that. Front desk and management was extremely rude and we will never go back. A customer should be able to choose when they want to use the discount that is owed to them.
