Took my 12 year old son in for the first time the day before school started. They were extremely busy and there was a bit of a wait but what do you expect when you wait until the last day before school starts. Even as busy as they were the staff was friendly, efficient and did an excellent job on my son’s hair. My son was smiling from ear to ear when we left there. The salon was very clean and comfortable. The best part is they do a way better job for 1/2 the price the other salon across town charges! From now on this is the only place I will go to get hair cut.

Took my boys here for their back to school haircuts. They did a very good job with my babies. Hair cuts look great and they were very patient with my little one who in the past has been a handful with haircuts. We normally take him to a more kid friendly place like Sharkeys but they were booked until the kids were supposed to go back to school. I love the individual locker rooms in the back for different players. They offered different drinks without an extra charge and of course had lollipops for the kids after.

He has curly hair and I asked for a scissor cut and she was so accommodating even tho it took more time. I really appreciated it! I wish I had gotten her name to give her a shout out!

The place isn’t bad just the lady my son got. Sadly i don’t remember her name but she was in her early 40’s with long blond hair. For starters she was a bit rude and didn’t listen to me at all.

My stylist Tammy was on point with my haircut. I gave her some basic info on my past styles and gave her a open house on my head of hair. Well Tammy nailed it the first time, her attitude was a very positive one for me as well as her scalp massage. I will definitely be coming back for more of Tammy’s awesome service.

Took my son in for a haircut. Asked for a high fade with a 1 on the sides and to clean up the top. Fairly simple haircut on a well behaved four year old. Everything went smoothly until we got into better lighting and I realized the stylist, Concha, had completely botched his hair. Immediately returned to have it fixed. Sadly, she was the only stylist working. She did what she could to help blend where she over cut the area, so that we didn’t have to buzz cut him. But sadly it was a majorly messed up haircut that even with “fixing” still looks terrible. Photos of his botched hair cut and “fixing” posted along with this review on their Facebook page for those interested in just how botched it was.

Critical: ProfessionalismTook my two teenage Grandsons in today and was treated rudely by one or the stylist from the time we got there until the time we left. I have used this location in the past and was always satisfied. The two ladies I used in the past were always very nice, but they must have quite since my last visit of two weeks ago. Note that there are two other ladies there that are new. Both of them seemed to be very pleasant. Regretfully I dealt with the wrong one that had been there for some time now. After we had left one of my Grandsons told me that he had some hair on his face which was bothering him. When he went to wipe it off she told him don’t move whenI’m cutting your hair. Wish I had her name. I would include it for sure. Posted hours on the door state that they don’t close until 5pm.I get greeted with the words “Sorry, if you haven’t already checked in online, we are done.”GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE! What a joke!I’ve been getting my haircut, and two of my sons cut here for quite a while. And THIS is RIDICULOUS.I posted a Facebook review while still sitting in the parking lot. Shortly after, the GM/owner (self titled as per her Facebook profile), comments claiming they are sorry, but they are short staffed, and if they keep taking clients, they will be there all evening. (Excuse).Well I’m sorry, but you are providing a service, and if I show up during your posted business hours, I expect to be served and provided a superb customer service experience, which is what I am paying for. If you are understaffed, that is a MANAGEMENT problem, not a CONSUMER problem.
