They give you an arrival time and out of nowhere delay it by 45 minutes! Suggested for me to arrive at 5:02 now it’s says to arrive at 5:47. I’m a mom and I work around a strict schedule. I don’t have time for EXTREME delays such as this. This is not the first time either. Get a better/more accurate booking system. This is unacceptable.

Came here with my boys to get hair cuts. The parking lot can be a little cramped but there was plenty of parking spaces. We were seated immediately and after our cuts we got our hair washed. It’s nice having all the TVs playing sports and they have drinks available while you wait. We ended up with decent haircuts, thankfully we won’t be wearing paper bags over our heads.

Honestly have no idea how people continue to give good reviews of this place. We’ve continued to go here for several months because we’ve yet to find somewhere else but this is it. Absolutely horrendous management and customer service. It seems every time we’ve gone there’s more and more stylists that have quit. Weekends are always busiest but those are the days they only have 1-2 stylists working. We’ve been there when they’ve literally had to ask people from other Locker Room locations in Texas to drive out here and work shifts because they can’t seem to manage their people since they had all been no-shows and quit that day.

Had a great experience with them! The ladies are super friendly and wonderful.They have sports playing on a TV in front of every seat. My barber took her time and made sure the fade was good. I even asked for it to be higher and without missing a beat she said “of course!” with a smile and got right to it! Best part of all, the basic haircut even includes shampooing and wash! It was my first haircut in San Angelo but I’m glad I chose this spot. Nothing I could suggest improvement on.
