Do Not book anything with this place! Worst experience and not professional at all! Booked appointments over a month ago for Facials. Three appointments for today. We get up early drive all the way to Parma, sitting in parking lot waiting. I call to see where they are in the building. India answers and says the esthetician is running late. Get hung up on, I call back and she is cussing before she realizes I am on the phone, tells me that the lady is running late by an hour. I get a text from the esthetician and she tells me she had no clue about our appointments and can’t come in today. The story changed a few times through the texts. I have no clue how they are going to fix this or if they even care at this point. Extremely disappointed!!!!!

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueUNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE FROM THE OWNER INDIA! have been looking into getting permanent dreadlock extensions and came across this business and tried to book a consultation through this salons StyleSeat account. I reached out through StyleSeat because the online payment wasn’t going through, so she texted me and asked me to CashApp her $25 to reserve my appointment. After work I drove to her salon. As soon as I arrived, she FaceTimed me and said that she had to leave the salon to pick up her daughter so the consultation would have to be done virtually. Well, my phone died and since she wasn’t at the salon I rushed home to charge my phone to I could contact her and let her know what happened. I asked if I could just have a refund because I was frustrated I left work early for the appointment and drove 20 miles out of my way for nothing. Then she LIED to me and IGNORED my attempts to reach out about the service/refund.
