Now one thing I can say About Dom. is booyyy this lady is a beast in what she do, And take pride in her Work so you don’t have to worry about being unsatisfied on your style or customer service and look if you’re uncertain ON what you want as far as style, color etc (Like me Often or stick to styles you’re used to) she will give u her insight on what she thinks will look good on you or what u should try differently which I love! Lol Not to mention if you’re battling with thinning, or Terrible work that someone else has done MY SISTER WILL MOST DEFINITELY GET YOU RIGHT!! I been going to Dom for some time now and I always recommend her shop to anyone I come across that need a Loctician my girl like that also the other ladies she have working in her shop as I’ve never actually sat in their seat but looking at some of the work they’ve done Look!! They’re PRESSURE AS WELL!! My first time coming here and I have major trust issues with anyone retwisting my hair. I had no idea that my locs would be blessed with such care and diligence. The atmosphere is relaxing, their products are natural, and even the scalp massage was so relaxing and gentle. Although I’m tender headed, I felt no pain and experienced 0 hair loss because the stylist here will not over twist your locs. All cosmetologist are licensed. I STRONGLY recommend their services!! I want to preference this review by saying that the service was not bad; however, there is one area that can be improved. When customers come in inquiring about prices of services/products, it is a good idea to send a sales order to their phones. This will prevent any discrepancies over the cost once the service is complete and/or the product used. If the customer hears one thing and the owner hears another thing, there is no way to verify who heard the correct thing if there is no documentation. A documented sales order would correct this situation.
