Started my Loc journey here! Best place to start. So knowledgeable and really cares and tends to your own specific texture of hair. The through Loc washes here —superb. Tess is always running on time and the shops clean and well kept. I can’t recommend this place enough.

I paid for retwist and style called ropes. I told the stylist MECI she was new to the shop I guess. “The most important thing to me was the parts of the locs for the retwist.” I wanted my partsvery need and the same size. She seemed as though she understood the assignment. When she was done I looked in the mirror and the retwist was perfect however the parting was extremely tacky. It was so tacky, the locs were all different sizes. The people in the salon even looked like they know she did something wrong. When she said she was done without adding the ropes I was speechless. I didn’t even mention that she was supposed to add the style “ropes”. I made no scene and just pic and left. The girl had no clue I am a licensed cosmetologist. This was truly the worst hair experience l. This happened about 2 weeks ago and almost everyday I think about this. Anyway I got home took as many as I could see down and reparted and retwisted my own hair. I wonder if I will ever get over this terrible experience

I’m very picky about my hair and would never stay with anyone as long as I’ve been with her unless they’ve proven their attention to detail in their quality of work and professionalism in doing their work. I am now 4 months into my dread process and she has done an amazing Jon with my hair. Everyone there is nice and easy to speak to. I definitely recommend this location to everyone who is looking to either start dreads or just to get they hair retwisted and styled. I had a very hard time in the beginning trying to find someone to start my dreads for me. I found Tiffany and she was so amazing and welcoming. I am now 4 months into my dread process and she has done an amazing Jon with my hair. Everyone there is nice and easy to speak to.
