Heather has a way with blondes! My hair has grown like crazy and has been super healthy since she started highlighting mine 3 years ago. Always on time and not juggling MULTIPLE clients at once. Reasonable prices and has a ton of services to offer at their salon. I book out my appointments every 8 weeks for months at a time.
