Erin was the absolute best! I just relocated from Atlanta and was super hesitant on having a new hair stylist, but BABBBYYY I love me some Erin. She made me feel super comfortable, I’m one that doesn’t know much about hair but the moment I met Erin I felt super confident in getting to know her. I loved how she relocks my dreads keeping them clean & tight. I decided to color my locks today for the first time & the color I decided came out fresh & clean. I love how she takes her time on my hair so it can come out perfectly. She very sweet & a cool person to be around with. I was referred to Locafella by a friend and the person that I was referred to was unavailable. One day I stopped in the shop, met and spoke with Jameka. We had a general conversation about sista locs, she explained she had never done sista locs. I shared with her how I needed something done to my hair as I was going out of town and she said she would be willing to do the MicroLocs however, she’s never done them before. I asked what would it cost to maintain she said $250 to maintain and $900 to install short hair. After our initial conversation, I texted her to inquire why the install would cost $900 as the online booking listed the service would be $300 for short hair. jameka restates that she’s never done micro locs. Just because it’s your first time you’re going to up-charge the service by $600?

Locafella Loc Studio is Fontana is like family. All of the stylists greet me when I arrive, it’s always a vibe musicly, and the best is the embrace from the owner when she is in the building. Jameka has been doing my daughter’s hair as well as mine for a while now. Jameka works quickly, her work is neat, she is hilarious, and when her favorite songs come on, she is not afraid to sing it! We love Locafella Loc Studio!
