I have been searching for a person to maintain my son’s hair and be professional as well. Nikki was able to do that as well as provide a safe space where my son was comfortable. Her shop was clean and my son’s hair was on point. He will be seeing her from now on.

I started going to Nikki as I was in need of a new Loctician because I relocated. I found Loc N Roll through the Style Seat website, and I could not be happier with my choice. Nikki is knowledgeable about natural hair, and is patient and professional. Her salon is clean and her prices are great! The best part is she does a great job with my hair, and is available on short notice ( a couple days’ notice).

Critical: ProfessionalismWho doesn’t speak to their clients??? Place a little hard to find bc of the way the numbers were running. Contacted her to let her know I was there but trying to find her. Pulled up, she’s sitting in her car. Don’t know if she’s another client or what. She gets out, does not speak. I had to ask, “Are you Nikki?” She dryly responded, “Yes” & kept walking. RUDE & unprofessional! Then w/o warning changed the price at the end from $65 to $100. *just* to retwist small roots. Hair frizzed up less than 2 wks. later.
