Critical: Quality, ValueI was charged $45 for dip. And I tipped $5 so it was $50 total. All the lengths are different and there was no prep or manicure done. There’s dust under the dip so it’s not even all the nails are different sizes and shapes and lengths and some are crooked. There’s also glue and dust under the nail that was never cleaned off. I was waiting a while but I didn’t mind but she started someone else’s nails that just came in after I was waiting about 20 min. The lady was nice but definitely over priced and rushed. I was charged $45 for dip. And I tipped $5 so it was $50 total. All the lengths are different and there was no prep or manicure done. There’s dust under the dip so it’s not even all the nails are different sizes and shapes and lengths and some are crooked. There’s also glue and dust under the nail that was never cleaned off. Went in for Manicure simple manicure. I came out with Gel Manicure lol… I thoughtit was a bit pricy $30.00 , but I figured the pandemic was probably a big of this. Gave my nail Tech a 10.00 tip. Were very friendly. I go again. This time a pedi. ☺.

Lo Anne was very friendly and had excellent service. I was very happy with my pedicure, especially considering I was walking in off the street whilst passing through town. She treated me like a regular and it was obvious that she has great rapport with her regular customers. Very reasonable prices.

Friendly and inexpensive, but my shape was not what I asked for even though I showed a picture. My thumb nail was overly filed on one side making it look crooked, and the polish was put on so strangely that it was lumpy in some areas. If I wasn’t on a time restriction I would have asked them to re do the color and shape, but I’m going to have to go home and spend time fixing it myself.

Great spa pedicure! They actually massage your legs and feet and not just rub them like other places. CHILD friendly! Great customer service, complimentary wine, water 😉 , buy 10 get 1 free reward program.

LoAnn is very friendly and had an appointment very quickly when I called. Her space is tastefully decorated, clean, and I loved that she provided a water bottle for me each time I went in. However, I was disappointed by the quality of my gel manicure. It was done somewhat sloppily, with a lot of mistakes around the top/cuticle area of my nail. It looked similar to when I do my nails myself, at home. It’s been 8 days since my shellac manicure, and almost every nail is starting to lift/peel. It’s barely lasted longer than a regular manicure. I’m torn – I love the prices and the salon, but it’s important to me that I get good quality when I’m paying and I just don’t think I got that this time from LoAnn.
