The place looks nice. First tech did okay, the second one did really well so they get a star for that. I wish I could have tipped her. I got the dazzle flexible “no chip” polish. Photos are of day 1, day 4 and day 7. I work a desk job, even acrylic polish lasts me a solid 3 weeks. I came back to get them fixed and switched to gel instead and was charged full price after explaining. I would have happilly paid the difference or even half price but they’re “they’re different polish”. Not returning.

The nail tech almost sawed off my big toe during my pedicure I started bleeding and she kept putting something like alcohol on my toe and it was burning like crazy. I walked out limping and paid nothing. The manager never came over to apologize or offer a complimentary service or anything. This was a horrible experience and I will NEVER in life return and NEVER recommend it.

Do not be fooled! While this place is very clean, they rush on their work. I’ve gone here twice to get a pedicure. I came back the second time thinking that the experience would be better, but it wasn’t. They don’t do a thorough job with pedicures… they literally rush through every step of the pedicure. So much that the experience isn’t relaxing. They don’t do a thorough job of removing dead skin from cuticles or roughness around the heels.

The nail tech did a beautiful job with cuticle trimming and the shape of my nails, but it’s definitely not a friendly place and one nail chipped less than 2 days later. The manager was snippy — “No, we don’t have time for both mani and pedi, you can have one” and walked away after pointing me to a limited selection of Zoya polishes. I wound up using the polish I brought after not realizing there was a huge selection of other choices. I understand they were busy (understaffed), but smiling and suggesting another time (which she did when someone else came in 20 minutes later) would have been more professional. I’ve been caring for my mother with dementia, was exhausted but extremely polite, and just wanted to do something nice; this isn’t the place.

2 star service at a 5 star price. The edges of my nails were not painted and the edges looked messy. I needed to check my nail tech’s work repeatedly and had to ask her to correct her work multiple times. I don’t like to have to supervise while I am there to enjoy my service. I asked for the same color on both my hands and feet and after getting home to look at them side by side these are 2 different colors. At such a high price point you expect a high quality level of work. I don’t care for the fancy frills if the quality of nail work is not there. Disappointed and will not return.

I am a regular customer at Lo Spa Nails-South loop since the last 7-8 months! The service is good generally. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same anymore. The person doing my nails today was extremely rude when I was receiving a phone call. I was stunned with that kind of a response from her. She started telling me that I should know better and not check my phone or touch anything during a manicure. It was really bad. Its weird because I dont feel like going again to a place which I really liked! She definitely had the worst mood on.

Went here for a girls date for no chip maniure and spa pedicures and it was wonderful! every time when seasons change my skin is getting dry but the manicures last long and here spa pedicure is amazing. Gel manicures

Tried different technicians here but so far no luck. No chip manicure is far away from cuticle, which means after a week it looks bad. The shape I always have to fix myself because they don’t know how to do almond, and it always looks uneven. Asked to remove no chip manicure and the girl damaged my nails while doing it. I like the location and the manager seems nice but they need to really train their girls or hire new ones because manicures are not good.
