This was my first time going to Lo-Ann Haircut, but most definitely wont be my last! I wasn’t aware of making an appointment, but Lo-Ann assured me that her sister was on her way. Her sister, Lan, was already spoiling me with shampooing my hair. I showed her a couple of pictures of how I wanted my haircut and she did EXACTLY how I wanted it. She did an AMAZING job! I left there VERY SATISFIED! Any women wanting to get an AMAZING haircut by Lan, make sure you call ahead and make an appointment. I didn’t have a problem waiting, but I recommend calling ahead to make sure she is available.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI couldn’t thank Ann enough 🙂 for being such a very kind and humble person not only that she went the EXTRA-Mile for me! I found her place from someone I met at Home Depot who had a great fade! So i went and visit Ann Lo’s haircut the same day! But I arrived late!! Ann was already closing by the time I came but she did me a favor as a 1st time customer! And cut my hair really Good! She didn’t even rush and really did her job! The problem at the end is I left my debit card and I have no cash with me so i decided to leave my credit card as a courtesy of not having anything in hand after my haircut. I came back the very next day! And pay what I needed to pay also brought her a gift!! And cute a tip lol I was happy that she loved the book she’s holding on her hands! with a big smile on her face! Photos uploaded 🙂 .I told Ann that night please don’t worry I’ll make sure I’ll be back tomorrow there’s still few good people left on this planet I appreciate Ann so much for her business and I’m saying this with all my respect ✊!!!
