Critical: Professionalism, QualityWent in for a pedicure and dip manicure (no tips). I don’t even know where to begin… I should mention I have been coming here for years- my current loyalty card is almost full. Pedicure was started 25 min after the time I was told to come in. Ok, they’re busy, fine. The technician was clearly very busy, to the point of rude, and frantically rushing to get finished. The polish is sloppy and uneven, I had to clean it off of my toes with acetone when I got home. I truly could have painted them better myself.The manicure is the WORST I’ve gotten in my life. 3 of my fingers were cut by the drill on my cuticles. The technician did 4 coats of powder on my left and 3 on the right, so the 2 hands look completely different… but both are sloppy, uneven, and extremely thick. I’ll say, exaggeratedly thick, like it’s a joke. Powder residue was left all over my fingers which I spent 2 hours trying to scrape off at home with acetone. 9 of my 10 fingers were fused to the nails. There was NOTHING good about this experience. I wish I had never even got my nails done, I’d rather have nothing on my nails than this mess that I paid for! It’s now Christmas Eve and too late for me to get them fixed somewhere else, but after the holiday I will be finding somewhere else to have them fixed. I go here all the time but the last couple times I have came I call before for a certain person and I get there and they do not write it down and say she is not available so basically I just wasted my whole day for them to not have my appointment

if i could give this place less than one star i would. i have now been there three separate times and each time i thought i would give them another chance. the first time i went, i got my toes done. the person who was doing my toes told me that my nails were very short and not good and that i needed to work harder at making them look nice. very unnecessary, and i did not appreciate this rude statement. the second time i went, i got a gel manicure. it lifted within 2 days, and again they made several comments on my nails and how they were too short to look nice. this third time i went for a dip manicure. the manicure was extremely fast, with very very little attention to detail. when i left the salon, there was dip powder hardened all over my hands, and underneath all of my nails. i am so disappointed in all the rudeness i have encountered at this salon and the very horrible manicures that i have gotten. i will absolutely not be returning.

Having recently moved to the area, I needed a new nail salon. I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they had availability and they told me to come right away! The place is spotless and all of the staff is friendly. My nails came out perfect. (Simple gel manicure). Good prices and good atmosphere. I’ll be back!

I usually go to LNC all the time, but this last time I went I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to do my nails, the women who did my nails completely messed up the usual shape I get as well as charging me for a “shape change” when I did not ask for once. On top of that, I have a charge on my card for 33.60, when she told me my total was $28 for a gel refill. Never again will I go to this nail salon, they do not care about their customers.
