I hate to be a Karen but my nails look really bad and the guy that did them was named Lee and he was very rough and rushing to go home. I don’t recommend this place. Manicure, Dip powder, Kids’ manicures

This was my first time getting my nails done at this salon. The lady that works the front is AMAZING but It was super disappointing as the lady who did my nails was VERY rough and gave me a deep cut on my index finger. I was already having a rough day dealing with a passed loved one besides the front lady it overall was not a great experience.

I did not want to write this negative review, but I have to say this. I am a frontline worker at a hospital and I have been working extra hard since the Pandemic. I had a few days off work and wanted to pamper myself so I decided to try L’mour Nails. The staff was nice and all but the lady who done my nails did a very tacky job. I asked for chrome nails and was charged 55.00 and I even gave a 5.00 tip even though I didn’t like my nails honestly. I have had chrome nails before and never has it turned out lumpy and dull looking. They had to know it was horrible. I felt bad because I acted like I liked my nails because I don’t like making people feel bad. Maybe the lady was new because the acrylic she applied to my nails was lumpy under the nails and my fingers hurt. I will never go back and I’ve had to go to another salon to get them to fix this mess. Just got these nails done 3 days ago and everyone said this looks crazy. Lesson learned I’ll try a place once but this wasn’t worth 55.00 or my 5 dollar tip but I paid her for the long time she spent. I’m so unhappy but I found a new place to repair this

They do the best job on pedicures I’ve probably ever had! I’ve been here 2x and have booked my appt online with such ease. 40.00 pedicures and they do sugar scrubs, hot stones, callus remover and a good leg/foot massage each time. My daughter has gel nails done and she loves them! I will continue to go here bc they’ve made it comfortable and convenient for myself and my kids!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’m not going to lie the place is a bit over priced I went in wanting matte black nails with rhinestones and a pedicure I only had 120 to spend and I did not know the manicure without matte would be $100 with an additional $10 for matte so I had to settle for gloss, but they did an amazing job none the less and I’m still very happy with my visit, I’ll have to get the pedi next visit, most likely somewhere else. I’m not going to lie the place is a bit over priced I went in wanting matte black nails with rhinestones and a pedicure I only had 120 to spend and I did not know the manicure without matte would be $100 with an additional $10 for matte so I had to settle for gloss, but they did an amazing job none the less and I’m still very happy with my visit, I’ll have to get the pedi next visit, most likely somewhere else.
