Critical: ProfessionalismUNSCRUPULOUS business practices. BEWARE when you provide your credit card at this place. I was charged a 50% cancellation fee even though I called 24 hours in advance to cancel. They said it has to be 48 hours in advance for a full refund.. we had setup the appointment in person after a consultation and we were not informed of this. Be very careful! I was told she was a short hair specialist. She didn’t listen to my request that I love my hair short. She butchered my hair l. She left one side longer than the other and it sticks out all over the place. This cost me $100.00????? This is the WORST haircut that I’ve ever received. Do not go here!!!!!!! I went to this salon and asked for a short haircut. The girl that cut my hair was insistent that I grow my hair out. I was told she was a short hair specialist. She didn’t listen to my request that I love my hair short. She butchered my hair l. She left one side longer than the other and it sticks out all over the place. This cost me $100.00????? I just moved to Delray Beach and have been searching for “my spot”. Found it!My hair is short, but not easy and I’m very picky about my icy blonde. They nailed it! Also an edgy haircut…kind of shaggy. She was amazing. After awhile I just told her to do whatever she wanted…that’s how much I trusted her. Nicole and I had a consultation a week b4 the service and we talked about what I wanted…a double process turning my brown hair with grown out color to shades of red and gold.
