I had a horrible experience in this place. I called before I came to get a quote. The price was reasonable. I came in for French braids. Once I got there she increased the price $60. They wanted $220 for French braids in the front and individuals in the back and I wanted it bob length. So above my shoulders. $220? Please! Then, they claimed because I have 4C hair, French braids would not last long on me. I proceeded to show them the last three French braided styles I had. They still claimed it wouldn’t last. What type of braid shop can’t do French braids. They kept pushing for knotless box braids or box braids. I ended up going with knotless and soon after they changed their mind and said regular box braids would be better. I finally say ok, whatever. They start my hair 40 minutes after I come in and then they all start laughing while standing over my head. One of them had the audacity to say, they were not laughing at me but each other. I didn’t laugh. I had to use the bathroom on the other side of the mall because they claim they don’t have one. A young girl came in shortly after me and asked for knotless and the lady with the horrible attitude and terrible weave started her hair with no problem. She did not have 4C hair. So the problem is they didn’t want to spend the time, parting and styling my French braids so they came up with these lame excuses about why they could not do French braids on me. Not them discriminating against my hair type . It was easier for them to do box braids and not the style I wanted. They were loud, very rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional. They didn’t say a word to me when they finished so I just got up and left (I paid at the beginning). I have never been to a braid shop that claimed they couldn’t do French braids. These clowns were lazy and incompetent. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. No wonder every time I pass by this place it is empty.
