Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOn a very short notice my daughter decided she wanted her hair cut before heading out of town. We called around town to everywhere we could think of to see if they could get her in for a quick simple cut no layers or anything special, no one had any availability for walks-ins. I remembered seeing Lyods on Commerce on my Instagram & told her to call them. She spoke with Ms. Wendy who said she was still finishing her hours in school but if we could give her a chance she could do it right then& she would do a great job. We are a family of entrepreneurs so we definitely believe in supporting & giving chances. Wendy did an AMAZING job! My daughter booked a follow up appointment with her for some highlights. While waiting on my daughter to get finished I spoke with Ms. Lisa about some of my own hair concerns & some medical issues causing my hair to be dry & damaged she gave me some advice & then she did something completely out of the blue & over the top with a huge act of kindness. I held my tears until I got outside. The professionals at Lloyd’s on Commerce are beyond wonderful! They are kind and caring to, I would highly recommend them any day. On a very short notice my daughter decided she wanted her hair cut before heading out of town. Lisa has taken care of my hair for many years. I have followed her from previous shops to her own at Lloyds on Commerce. She has opened a beautiful and vibrant shop! I work in the media and need to keep up my appearance. Lisa always gets me in and does a wonderful job! I have also been fortunate to DJ her holiday parties in the past.
