Rene Geerdes has 22 years of experience in Massage Therapy. Nationally licensed through the NCBTMB program (BCTMB) and Colorado Licensed (DORA.) For Rene, Massage is more than a livelihood as she grew up with Rheumatoid Arthritis, and has first hand experience with chronic pain. She knows the remarkable benefits and importance of massage and nutrition. Rene’s philosophy stems from the words of Leigh Hunt, The Ground Work For All Happiness Is Good Health and she is dedicated to providing her clients with a high standard of treatments and long term care. Her dedication to her own wellbeing led her to adding Sunlighten’s Infrared Sauna to her practice, offering Cause+Medic CBD oils and balms and mentoring alongside Dr. Jill Carnahan.

I have had many massages in my life but I have never had such a marvelous massage as the one I received from Rene Geerdes with Sanctuary Massage and Sauna! She knew just where my problematic issues were in my body and knew just what technique to use to alleviate my pain. I had a 90 minute massage and part of that time entailed a facial and head massage, WOW! It was great. Renee is highly knowledgeable and often times in her free time she is learning from gurus in her field on line. She always wants to be on top of her game. Her massage room is very soothing and inviting. She’s the best!!
