The salon is one of the cleanest I’ve been to and the staff are very very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately my manicure wasn’t very good. I came in asking for a full dip set with an almond shape and they’re all very misshapen and uneven and not in the almond shape I came in with. I left with a couple of fingertips sore or even a bit of blood from rough filing as well as glue from the tips on my finger pads

Best dip manicure I’ve had in NoVa! Mindy was amazing. She was able to fit me in same day as a first time client. She was quick, gave me everything I asked for, and was very friendly! Also offers a great selection of colors in the dip powder. Absolutely going back! Dip powder

Critical: QualityI’m not happy with the service, I asked for glitter ombré which is something most nail salons can do. She did them and the paint started peeling and it looked horrible, had to come back for her to do it again. I went to Lisa, she’s very friendly but doesn’t do good at nails just my opinion. I ended up coming back and I’m still unhappy with it, she didn’t properly clean my nails from taking the original nail polish off and I have glue on my hands, most nail shops think to clean up the glue from your hands out of courtesy but I guess not here. This was my first time at this salon. I had Ana who did my pedicure. She did a really good job. Very meticulous, took her time, great attention to detail and friendly. The salon was very clean and had a nice relaxed vibe to it. The price was reasonable. I will definitely be doing business with them again. Thank you Nouvelle!

Love the new ownership! We came for haircuts with Annie and loved it – me and my three girls. She made us look and feel like a million bucks. Annie has been cutting my hair for years now and she gets it right EVERY TIME. Sometimes we do something new, sometimes the same thing. But she knows what I need for whatever phase of life I’m in. She’s also whipped my bushy eyebrows into shape. She’s quick and fast. The other staff is courteous and warm. I’ve done pedis too and love them. Really like this salon!

Michael has been cutting my hair for over 4 years and I love it every time. He is a pro at coloring and NEVER makes me look horrible and cuts my hair exactly as I want it. He will offer suggestions if you ask but always lets you leave feeling beautiful. Highly recommend asking for Michael. This Salon has always been under terrific management and I’m sure the new management will be just as great.

My stylist was getting tired of my hair or at least that is how it was looking. I have short hair and am very particular about how my hair looks. I tried Michael and found a home. All you have to do is show Michael a picture of what you want and he can recreate it for you. I find his cut to be consistent and color quality to be excellent. I have many compliments now on my hair. Michel is easy to get into and his prices are extremely reasonable. My older sister introduced me to Michel and I in turn introduced him to our i younger sister who is now a satisfied customer as well. I would highly recommend the salon.
