I had straight perm in this salon; the hair solution they’ve used was non irritating on the scalp, unlike other perm solutions that I had before. The service was exceptional and they’re very friendly. They did not charge me extra for trim haircut, and the lady with blonde hair even gave me free Morocvita oil as her gift. I got a haircut two days ago but I realized some parts were still long and that’s on me because I didn’t point it out to the barber while I was there. So I came in today and asked if they could fix it and they did free of charge! Amazing and kind service.

They will say a price before you start, and then after they’re done they tell you to pay a lot more than what they said before starting. Even though I confirmed the price with them several times before starting.2. Overcharged perm got undone and exactly how it was before in 4 hours. Like nothing ever happened. When I called back to let them know, she was extremely rude.3. Hair dye got on my neck, ears, and scalp and everyone was asking me what happened to my skin. Made my skin yellow for over a week.4. Very unprofessional and rude.5. Do NOT ever talk about your personal stuff with them even if they ask, they gossip about customers to other customers.My friends that still go there all had bad experiences but they only go sometimes because of the convenient location but they tell me how much they regret it every time.
