I had an appointment with her for my mother and I on 1/14/2019 found her on Groupon and was trying to surprise my mom with a relaxing gift. When I first called her, her customer service skills where poor and made me feel like I was bothering her with my call to inquire more about her facial services. Brushing it off my shoulders because the price was amazing I make an appointment today for both my mother and I highlighting the importance I wanted it for both and show up at the time of 2:30 the time we scheduled, never got a follow up, but as I arrive living 25 minutes away at 2:30 she tells me she cancells because the time was off? According to her my appointment was at 2. I’m so disappointed in her customer services. Waisted my time. Never ever thinking of this place again.
