Their nail techs are very professional and work well with different designs but the place is busy and appointments are not honored. Prices have not been updated from their board and many times I’ve been charged a different price than quoted, so just confirm with the tech. Nonetheless, great job.

Brought my daughter in for a full designed set & pedicure. Day 4 of the set ine popped off, I couldn’t bring her in due to reasons. Day 7, another popped off and ripped her real nail. Brought her back and and was told it would be $10 each nail. Well, concerned of others popping off, decided to just remove them. The tech spilled acetone in her lap and just ignored it. We both also got pedicures, the same type. Her male tech, Vinny rushed through her pedicure and was very rude to her and myself. Very bad attitude when I explained how he rushed through and about his attitude. He said I remember faces rude and loudly while we were being quiet and calm. This guy needs a serious attitude adjustment. Just lost 2 customers over one poor attitude.

Terrible service! Instead of just saying that they were closing soon, the guy rushed my nails and overall had a terrible attitude. They charged me $40 dollars for tiny heart because it was “shellac” and a design. Needless to say the nails absolutely look terrible. I highly discourage people from coming here. First picture is of what I wanted, the second is what I got.

I love this place. Everyone is so friendly, very helpful. The owners are extremely nice. I’ve been coming since they first opened. I never leave disappointed. I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon. For my sister’s wedding they were able to accommodate me and my family with out nails and feet. This is best place in Crosby!
