Maria did an excellent job on my acrylic nails today. I made an appointment a few days ahead and she was on time when I arrived. I brought a photo of what I wanted and she nailed it, no pun intended. As I went week after week, I realized I wasn’t thrilled with the “bedside manner” if you will. If I was curious about a certain tool they use or ask about a color, I got very short, snappish answers to the point I’d rather stay quiet. I’m paying to love the whole experience and didn’t end that way. Final straw was getting an appt at 1 and she booked 2 people for that slot and I wasn’t the one chosen saying she booked me for 2 instead. So that ended that
