It’s quite unfortunate and sad I don’t really like doing bad reviews. Not to mention I’m an extremely calm and understanding person, I told the male who did my nails that they didn’t seem right because one had an air bubble and was already chipping. As for the rest the color seemed patchy. All he did was file it down and be down. I left the salon feeling unsatisfied since I politely did mention the issue with my nails but was basically ignored. Immediately they chipped, not just one but almost all of them. It hasn’t even been a week since I got them done here. Usually with my gel manicures they last over 3 weeks. This is so frustrating and infuriating the cost doesn’t match the quality.

I was cut while he filed my tips and continued to run the file over the cut. The gel polish lasted 3 days and started chipping. I got a gel manicure. I needed to add a couple tips because my natural nails broke. I was cut while he filed my tips and continued to run the file over the cut. The gel polish lasted 3 days and started chipping. I’ve had gel polish from another nail salon and it lasted for about 4-5 weeks. I’m so disappointed of the quality and professionalism. This place has great quality and prices. I even take my older sister and we make biweekly visits. Because of the pandemic, I went out to find a cleaner nail salon that really followed the rules of 6ft apart, cleaning, and etc. I found it here at L & K. This place has great quality and prices. Very warm environment where I feel to be cared a lot by the manager who keeps asking to make sure that I was satisfied. Good spa chairs and very relaxing music. Reasonable price for gel manicure.
