I stumbled upon this place in desperate need and I couldn’t be more grateful! Ilianna and her husband are wonderful. Her design skill is AMAZING!!! She finessed my Halloween nails with ease and attention to detail. They have tons of colors and products, plus they’re friendly and accomodating for walkins. I also got a great pedicure as well. I found my new nail place even if I need to drive 30min. Thank you!!!

The last 2 times I went for a French manicure. The first time I wanted a pale pink with a gold tip. They painted black on the tip then dipped in gold powder. They charged $75. I tipped $20. The day after, the gold was wearing off and you can see the black color. I told them and they said come back to fix. Did not feel comfortable by the staff when I sat down. I asked to take the black off and do a regular French. I tipped $5 and was not charged for their mistake. It looked fine when I got home but the next day the black was bleeding down my nails. It has a shade of black under the pale pink. And, if you look behind my nails, it’s solid black. Extremely disappointed. I will not return to this establishment. I also think they expected me to pay something as I was leaving the 2nd time. The worker rushed to the register and starred at me as I approached the door.

The attitudes from the owners are shocking and uncalled for. Liliana is condescending and obnoxious and finds it amusing . You pay top dollar here, however, no actual manicure. The cuticles are ignored, no hand cream, no hand massage, no hot towels, NOTHING! Nail shapes are all extra even if you have nails that are already the shape you like, lol. What a rip off! Lots of unlabeled cannisters at the stations. This is a key they are using cheap product. You are not getting what you pay for. This is a violation with the State Board! Powder, liquid, wax etc must be removed from its container in a way that it does NOT contaminate the remaining portion. Example, when you do a dip manicure!!!! You are nickle and dimed for everything! Pedicures are not done properly. Toenails are to be filed straight across to prevent them from becoming ingrown. You do NOT dig into the side of the nail with a cuticle nipper and cut on an angle!!!!!! This indicates and unlicensed manicurist!!! Every time you come here the prices are always different. Buyer beware this is no joke.
