I bought a groupon and called to make an appointment and the woman who answered told me that they do not accept groupons and would only accept cash. I don’t appreciate being mislead and lied too. Don’t offer a groupon if you will not accept it. It seems super shady. No more information was given and it seemed like I was trying to be forced into paying cash. No thanks.

She told me I could not use my Groupon vouchers and would have to purchase more massages to redeem my groupon. Am now cancelling it, and hope to get a full refund. I just purchased two groupons for a date night, called to make a reservation for Friday, and let her know I have a groupon. She told me I could not use my Groupon vouchers and would have to purchase more massages to redeem my groupon. Am now cancelling it, and hope to get a full refund. Really unprofessional to have a current Groupon deal running, and refuse to honor it.

It was the worst massage I’ve ever had.After the massage, they tried to force me to leave a $10 tip and got angry when I refused.Don’t go here. Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI called them and told the woman I had a groupon for a deep tissue massage…she pushed for me to pay cash. I told her no, I had groupon, so she said it as $10 extra for using oil/lotion. You can’t do deep tissue without oil or lotion. That would be like if sandwich place charged extra for bread. From speaking to her, I only had the expectation of a horrible massage so I told her I was going to pass and hung up. Then she texted me saying okay you come at the time we spoke of and you pay cash…special deal.
