My hair is natural and not easy to deal with. I wish the wash was done deeper as it was a while since my last deep wash (just need to ask next time). All together great results. My ends were damaged and she was very good with cutting my hair exactly how I requested and showed me how it looked before moving on. Blow dry and style was on point. Great conversation too. For wash and curl took 1.5hrs.

Updated 6/21/21 Liz’s Hair Salon is an excellent choice for hair care. The salon is located off DE-2 in Wilmington. The salon opens promptly, it is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. My hair is naturally thick. Liz, the owner takes care of my hair. And it looks great every time! The salon prices are reasonable and an appointment can be made on Booksy. I still recommend Liz’s Hair Salon.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI never get my hair done because my hair is not heat trained and does not stay straight. I have 3b hair when my hair is at its healthiest and 3C hair when I don’t take care of it as much, it is high porosity, medium dense, and coarse at times. I can literally break a comb in my hair if I don’t moisturize it every day… Liz is honestly the only person who has ever been able to get my natural hair to stay straight in the summer time. She is so sweet and very professional and all though I do not speak a lick of Spanish nor am I Spanish I really feel very comfortable and included when I come here. Please make sure you tip her because she truly deserves it. She is a very sweet woman and very professional. She will ask before she assumes you want anything (example: just because your ends look bad she won’t assume you want a trim and won’t cut without asking you first) Thank you Liz for your taking care of my hair. I have 3b hair when my hair is at its healthiest and 3C hair when I don’t take care of it as much, it is high porosity, medium dense, and coarse at times. I use to come to Liz when I was younger, around 2009-2011 or so, and then she went to philly. I just found out she’s back and am SO HAPPY! 2 Years ago, I cut off all of my hair (I did the big chop)…. today I came in for balayage, and a blowout with some curls. She did AMAZING! I’ve been natural with no chemicals or heat, so I was nervous. My hair is so soft, she only cut what was necessary, and again, I’m so happy!!!!!
