Critical: ProfessionalismI called to schedule an appointment. Lady who answered was very nice and polite. She scheduled an appointment for me with Miriam. When I got to my appointment Miriam was busy with a client. I told them my name and time for my appointment and the name of the person I had the appointment with. I sat down to wait for the person to finish. Miriam looked at me didnt say anything when told I was there for my appointment with her. The person who I spoke with apologize to another customer explaining that they messed up because I was there with an appointment. Once Miriam was done with current customer, she went up to another person who was waiting. Miriam gave me a “look” not a friendly one. Sat the other customer down on her chair without even saying a word to me. Just her stare. They other lady went o Miriam and pointed at me, but Miriam ignored her. I walked out in disbelief of what had happened. I had limited time because I had split my work schedule to fit in my hair appointment. I wasted my time. I will definitely not return. This place was recommended by a close friend after they learned about my experience they will not be returning there either! Worse customer service! I called to schedule an appointment. Lady who answered was very nice and polite. She scheduled an appointment for me with Miriam. When I got to my appointment Miriam was busy with a client.
