Went here for the first time today for a massage and facial. This place is 100% worth every penny. The staff was extremely friendly and communicative, making sure to ask me if temperature and pressure were okay with me. Not to mention that the prices were super affordable. Very Misleading on there prices. Was charge an extra $5 for credit card use and then when I left the tip they said it was good enough and that it’s MANDATORY 20%. $78 TOTAL FOR 60MINS. They should post signs saying 20% tip is mandatory! I go to another place ever week but moved in the area and I thought I give them a try. They lost a weekly customer. They were very rude that I only tipped 10%. It was like they were offended. You need to earn your tip it should not be mandatory. If it is post signs.
