well it’s hard to say this I’ve been a friendly customer for years at the salon I take my kids there they are always treated well but recently my wife had her hair dyed and it completely did not come out as wanted they did offer to fix the issue but we were made to feel that if was more of a favor then them actually fixing their mistake in my own opinion not only cause we have been a long term client but also cause the mistake was on their part they still did not to a good job in correcting it but over all damaged my wife hair more and in the end only offered a partial discount am very displeased with the out come in the end the excuse on their part was because it was done late and I also feel that it was to their obligation to consider this before setting the appointment themselves we could have waited
