Vanessa-Elizabeth is THE BEST, MOST ACCOMODATING Manicurist/pedicurist I have ever been to and will recommend to family and friends alike. I finally found a place where she does what the customer requests! I have been to numerous nail Salons where I am paying for a service and find them to be unprofessional. They act like requesting what you desire makes you a difficult customer. NOT HERE! ❣️I will never go to another salon, ever. Always polite, on time, does beautiful work and makes you feel like what you like matters. That is everything. Thanks Jeanine from the Ridgefield Park liquor and deli for recommendation, forever grateful! Stop wasting time and money at other Salons. This is the place to be.

First time here with Liza, the owner, was militant, mean and very rough on my hands I felt stressed by her stressful energy and discomfort from her pull -yanking my hands and from her pressing her own nail into the soft areas of my cuticles . I flinched in pain several times and she refused to acknowledge it or apologize. I did not allow her to finish with nail art as I couldn’t wait for her lame powder dipping ability to end. I will never patron this woman or her salons (including Bogota) nevermore. I left andI immediately went to a higher end salon to finish the job.
