When she asked for the shape I wanted I asked her to do square but to just not do it too sharp. These nails look so bad and bumpy. My cuticles weren’t even taken care of and all of my nails are a different shape. Not to mention I got charged 50$ for this? Horrible experience.

Terrible experience! Wasted so much time! Came for fill in before Christmas and the lady did a really messy job! Nails were thick, crooked, and I felt like a child put playdough on them…I came back the next day to take everything off, I didn’t trust them to redo it! Ladies were super rude. I wasted $55, I guess it’s a present for the salon… I would suggest to find a different place around. Horrible job and customer service

The woman doing my pedicure went to get me some water. I didn’t even realize she had glasses on until I moved to the manicure area and she said she needed her glasses to work and she couldn’t find it. Since she struggled with her English, I asked her colleagues to help her look around for her glasses. Then One of the few white young women employee pointed to my glasses & asked me “ is that your glasses ”? I have worn heavy prescription glasses since 10, I’m in my fifties! I had never felt that insulted in my life, directly insulted. She claimed she was “joking”! I gave them all a piece of my mind, stopped the manicure & brows, paid for the pedi with tip for the lady who misplaced her glasses, emptied out my purse in front of the customer sitting next to me on my way out. The other customers looked on as if I was overreacting as a black woman wrongly “accused” of stealing glasses when they could have been the voices of reason, empathy & voices against racial profiling. Needless to say if you are black, no matter how affluent you are ( I have owned property in this neighborhood for over a decade), this place is NOT for you. The girl never apologized though she saw that I felt insulted & was angry. Another “not a racist bone” business to choose to go or not.

This is my favorite nail salon, I have been a dedicated customer since 2018 and will never go to another nail salon. Lexi always makes my nails look so good and she is the absolute sweetest. The way the business is ran is very professional and they always make sure that the customers leave satisfied with their nails. I never leave the salon unsatisfied, they always do a fantastic job!!!
