I had a therapeutic massage from Liz 2 weeks ago and she is amazing! This was my first visit with her as I was referred by a friend. I will definitely be going back to see her in a week as she knew exactly where my pain was most severe after our initial consult before my massage! I have severe back problems along with sciatica and I will admit a therapeutic massage gets deep into the tissues which I needed and is not a pleasure to receive but she has very strong hands and arms. I felt immediate relief and within the next two days I felt complete relief! It was so nice not to be in severe pain! My job includes heavy lifting and because of that I will be returning to see Liz. I will continue to be her client so that my body will be properly aligned and I will be pain free.
