Nails all fell off by the end of the day..I went in, in the morning and got a mani pedi. The pedicure was decent and the manicure was awful. The polish started to peel up and pop off. I tried to go back and get a refund for just the manicure but they wouldn’t give me one. I had even tipped them $5 each. It was pricey and not worth it at all. Would definitely not go back. Don’t weight your time or money. I never leave bad reviews but I’m still upset over this.

Also the owner of the shop was scolding One of her workers in front of the customers that were in the shop. 11/29 look at these pictures and decide if you want to go in. I read the negative reviews but still came in. Now I know these reviews are serious. 1. She cut me. 2. Definitely does look like a kid can paint my nails the same as the tech. The only good thing is they open at 9! However, they only had 2 technicians at the time. Good luck to the 2 lady’s who just arrived. FYI-They also charge an extra dollar if you use card.

I believe the gentleman who is the owner rushed me out. Clipped the old powder so hard…instead of removing them with cotton soaked in acetone ?! The lady who did the pedicure did better service. They were short handed and in overall I am not satisfied. God bless them, I’m usually nice and don’t complain, but this service was a unique one. Lol

So I saw the reviews for this place and thought it would be a great place to get my nails for my birthday, well I go in and ask for ambre nails. The lady begins and someone else walks in and she leaves me started saying someone else is going to finish them for me. The guy who finished my nails cut me 3 times I was bleeding and thought I was going to okay since it normally happens in other places too. But when he’s close to finish starts removing the dust and removes it off his sweater throwing it at me like if he was in a bad mood. Since I am a very shy person I decided to not say anything. When I pay and leave, I realize my nails look different in one hand I still had acrylic stuck on the sides the other hand was fine. But I feel like these things happen since they had me back and forth to give service to the people walking in instead of finishing me off first. I had to go back because one of my cuts wouldn’t stop bleeding and I was able to see the inside of my skin it was deep! They said no they weren’t giving anything back. I also showed them that one finger nail had a lot of bumps. She didn’t care and still denied to give me some discount or anything! Horrible service!!! First and last time I come here!!!!!!

My 1st nail broke 1 day after my manicure. They fixed it the following day. Then 3 more broke the day after that while I was on vacation. When I went in around 545pm, the lady wouldn’t even look at me, basically shooed me out. I said 3 nails broke and I need them fixed, she wouldn’t give me a time to return the following day, nothing. It was a terrible experience and cheap job.

I get my nails done there almost weekly and they have everything! They have chrome nails ,French tip, and lots more!! People ask my if my nails are fake because Liz nails puts a glossy cover and it looks too good to be true!!! I really think you should go there and check it out!
