Critical: ProfessionalismI recently moved to Fayetteville and was in need of a new nail home. I had been to Liz nails a few times and was pleased with my nails. Even though they could not seem to do my nails with ombré powder, I decided to work with them because of the service. On Friday I came in for a normal fill and spent over 2 hours getting nails, feet and eyebrows done. A new nail tech did my fill. The next day my nails started lifting and I returned to speak to the Manager. The Manager explained that they were busy and I needed to come back. They were closed on Sunday, so I made an appointment for Monday. When I returned on Monday, she explained that I needed a new set and she wanted to charge me half price. I explained that I should be compensated for my time because I spent Friday night in the salon and had to return Monday night. We did not agree. While I did pay to get my nails redone, I will not be back. In my opinion, they should have compensated me for my time in some way but they were unconcerned and unbothered. I recently moved to Fayetteville and was in need of a new nail home. I had been to Liz nails a few times and was pleased with my nails. Even though they could not seem to do my nails with ombré powder, I decided to work with them because of the service. The lady who did my manicure and pedicure was pretty rough and didn’t do a good job filing them.and she left me sitting for 20 minutes with my hands soaking to do another ladies eyebrows and never said anything to me about it. Then came back and hurried up my manicure. It was just an overall bad experience. I will not be going back there nor recommend this place.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueI literally walked in to no one greeting me for one, two I had to walk up to the lady and ask her for a full set she continues to say, we are booked for today with nothing but 3 people in the building and 4/5 workers, with a clear sign on the door “Walk Ins Welcome”, yes if you’re a more seasoned woman or YT woman your service here would be impeccable!
