Critical: Professionalism, QualityThe lady that did my pedicure barley spoke English until it was time to checkout and she clearly said 49.00 dollars.When I first entered the establishment I was told to sign in. I indicated to the lady at the front desk that this was my first time here. Then I was informed to wash my hands ( ok I’m not touching anything) and she said it again at that time I just complied. Proceed to go to the chair and I also informed them that I just wanted an American pedi. They said ok. While getting the pedicure I showed the tech a picture and she said something in her language and here come the lady at the desk And she said yes we can do it. I get to the end of my service and the tech polished the color requested and the lady from the desk again to finish the polish in which she had the wrong stuff she also was telling me that is what I wanted and I pulled up the picture to show her a second tine. Just for my first time in this establishment it was not what I expected. I was not a satisfied customer I paid my bill and exited the place. There was no communication to ask if I was ok or was I satisfied. I would never recommend them to anyone.
