Critical: ProfessionalismCalled to make an appointment, when I arrived nobody spoke to me for several minutes until they told me to pick a color. I was then brought to a pedicure chair where I was abandoned for 15 minutes while the lady went into the back. When she did come back, she didn’t speak she just used gestures. Nails are all different length. Not properly filed, and all nails are not properly filed on tips. Don’t think I will be returning there. Not pleasant at all.
