Critical: ValueI wanted to like this place because it is so convenient in proximity to my house. I called and successfully made an appointment I also confirmed the price. I wanted a gel manicure and explained I had dip powder on my nails originally. Once mt service was completed I was over charged and what seemed very sneaky in manner. She said I was charged more because it took awhile to get the dip off. My frustration with that is the lack of communication and how sneaky it was done. That same night the gel started chipping. I called right away. Didn’t get a call back until the morning. She apologized and offered that she would provide me with a free service my next visit which was for today! I called the day before to confirm the specifics – it all seemed clear or so I thought. This morning I can in and she charged me. I said something and she said don’t worry I’ll take it off. Later checking my bank she didn’t. I called she said she had to charge me because the lady did a great job. Never have I experienced something like this. Although this salon is close to my house I rather drive 30 mins for better service. Very disappointed!
