Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI usually do my brows myself, but I’d let the shape get away from me and needed someone to help me manage them. I’m new to the area, so I found Liz from Google. Her brows services are so affordable. I was a little nervous about booking a cheaper service at a high end salon. Every high end salon I’ve been to tries to upsell you on products and services, or treats you as lesser than their higher paying clients. That did NOT happen here. Liz never once pressured me to buy any additional products/services, or to schedule additional recurring appointments. She was ready for me when I got there (15 minutes early), and listened to my issues with my brows before starting to wax. It was pretty much pain free, and by the time I was back in my car, there was no stinging or burning at all, not even red skin and my skin is sensitive. Liz strikes a good balance of small talk and not pushing you to talk the entire time. This is only the 3rd time I’ve ever had someone do my brows, and the first in over 4 years, but I’m already considering going back. I usually do my brows myself, but I’d let the shape get away from me and needed someone to help me manage them. I’m new to the area, so I found Liz from Google. Her brows services are so affordable. I was a little nervous about booking a cheaper service at a high end salon. Got a facial and the high frequency beard treatment. Liz was extremely accommodating and professional as it was my first time. She explained the process and what the each of the steps we’re doing. She used high quality products and my skin felt so much better after. I will definitely go again and would recommend the service for someone who wants a lot of value and quality service for their money.

Positive: QualityWords cannot express how grateful I am to having randomly met Liz at a wedding one day because ever since then she has taken care of my skin. Through pregnancy and postpartum my skin has gone through the trenches and each time I had a facial it was tailored to whatever my skin issues were at that time. Liz does not do a “one size fits all” facial and that’s why I’m so grateful to call her my esthetician. She is not only thorough with her facials, leaving you feel super clean, but is extremely knowledgeable about skin and the products that will do it justice. She will not recommend products to make a sale… she actually cares about the health of your skin and wants to see it thrive. She told me everything she was doing, using and how it helps the skin. I just went and got the pumpkin enzyme facial and it was by far the best thing I’ve done for my skin! I found Liz through Instagram and decided to treat myself to the perfect peach facial, I was a little nervous going into but she made me feel so comfortable and at ease! She told me everything she was doing, using and how it helps the skin. I just went and got the pumpkin enzyme facial and it was by far the best thing I’ve done for my skin! However, I informed Liz of my problem and she made sure to give me recommendations on products I could use to help my breakout/skin irritation. She even got additional recommendations from her colleagues and made sure to give me all the information I needed. She made me forget I was even there to get waxed. My skin is sensitive and I did have a breakout post waxing. However, I informed Liz of my problem and she made sure to give me recommendations on products I could use to help my breakout/skin irritation. She even got additional recommendations from her colleagues and made sure to give me all the information I needed.
