This place the best with nails every time I come I am happy, Amy did amazing job did exactly what I want thanks. The other places when they taking off old nails it’s like they will take off my real nail it hurts alot, here they file by using mashing and soak wich is a big plus with no pain. this will probably be my last time returning to this salon, sadly. each time i come in, I’m always slightly disappointed with how my nails look in the end. each time i ask for a design, I’m either talked out of it, or they stray away from what i want and kinda do their own thing. i show reference photos, and i try to make sure my instructions are as clear as possible. the designs i choose are also usually simple too, so I don’t understand. each time, the designs have ended up looking mediocre at best. I’m not expecting perfection by any means, but for $75 I’m expecting a bit more effort into the designs 🙁

I’ve never had a bad experience at Livvy. I get a gel pedicure every 6-ish weeks and don’t request anyone specific. Everyone is wonderful and the environment is relaxing.
