They even have absorbent paper towels in the bathroom instead of that commercial thin brown paper- if that doesn’t testify to their focus on a positive customer experience, I don’t know what else to tell you. Friendly staff who go out of their way to make sure you’re fully informed and know what to expect. Even though they’re using the ‘painless laser’, they told me before I even signed up that male throat area tends to have some pain. After two treatments it’s something that’s easy enough to work with (just a little zappy feeling) but it was nice that they warned me and didn’t just play the ‘ohhh this process is totally painless!’ line.
