The best customer service I’ve ever received in a nail salon! They’re so polite and kind and patient. They give you a massage while your feet are drying and they help you put back on your sandals. When I accidentally messed up a toe, they had no problem helping me fix it from scratch at no extra charge. During the pedicure they even use hot stones for the leg massage!

The staff here is friendly; however, the nail salon is dated in design and pedicure supplies. The spa pedicure was not relaxing, and their “spa” products were very generic compared to other nail salons I’ve used. They also started my nail service during my pedicure, which I hate! Obviously, they overbooked because my spa pedicure was rushed. More importantly, my gel manicure did not last one day. One nail chipped the same day, and three nails chipped two days after. The shape and length of my nails are also very uneven. After paying $95 for both services, I expected an excellent gel manicure and a relaxing spa pedicure experience. I will not return or refer others.

I went there with my wife and mom to get the mendi and pedi done. The staff is very nice and polite but the meni and pedi itself wasn’t relaxing. It was like there were in some kind of rush and completed my meni and pedi within 40 minutes and I was surprised with that. They did not soak my feet in some shampoo to clean my feet or before cutting nails. Basically I just paid them to cut my nails for feet and hand. I was expecting it to be for at least 1.5 hrs – 2 hrs which would feel relaxing for us. My wife is pregnant so I wanted her to get pampered but felt like being looted without the proper meni or pedi being done. They did not even remove the cuticles of my hand or feet properly and even after 2 days I could feel my cuticles and I was like no this is not the right place for me to go again. DON’T GET YOUR MENICURE PEDICURE DONE HERE IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO RELAX AND GET YOUR NAILS DONE RIGHT!! BEWARE PEOPLE FROM THESE LOOTERS.
