When boxing hurt my waist from practicing upper cuts, Phillip was able to relief my pain in one session with Rolfing therapy but I mostly enjoy the great laughs he gives me during my session which is form of release for me when he is providing me with physical pain relief. I was surprised how I came out of his session feeling like I was “floating” but I loved the simple technique he used to ground me and get me going for my day. Such a great form of relief and Phillip has a great personality!
